As part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer you one delivery method free of charge, included in our prices, with the discount already included on the product.

  • Free delivery in France - between 2 and 4 working days depending on the French Post Office.
  • Free international delivery - between 2 and 8 working days depending on the capacity of the post offices in your country.

All our products are available immediately, which means that you will receive your parcel on average 48 hours after placing your order (+ 1 working day for processing your order; for orders placed before midday, excluding weekends and public holidays, and destined for mainland France).

Returns and refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with MODERN GENTLEMAN. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and returns policy. The following conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.  

Interpretation and definitions

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined in the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this returns and refunds policy :

  • The Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Modern Gentleman, 14 quai de la megisserie.
  • Goods means the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders refer to a request from you to purchase goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You mean the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.

Your right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. The period for cancellation of an Order and its reimbursement is 30 days from the date on which You receive the Goods or on which a third party designated by You, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. In order to exercise Your right of withdrawal, You must inform us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by :

We will refund you no later than 02 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment that You used for the Order, and You will not have to pay any charges for this refund. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the Order.

Return conditions

In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • The goods are unworn, damaged or worn by the customer.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, are deteriorating rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, depending on their nature, are indissociably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law. The costs of returns under FEDEX or ARAMEX or any other transport that are private, will be borne by the customer, You.

Return of goods

Return shipping costs are at our expense for orders placed in Metropolitan France, the United States, Australia, Canada, England, Switzerland, South Africa, Belgium and Germany. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address : François Morice 14 quai de la mégisserie 75001 Paris France We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received. In the event of deterioration during the delivery process, we guarantee reimbursement of the return costs or a substitute such as a gift produced in agreement with the purchasing customer, You.  

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post. If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
