If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to consult our refund and returns policy;

The following terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

Your right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days.

The time limit for cancelling and refunding an Order is 30 days from the date on which you receive the Goods or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise Your right of withdrawal, You must inform us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund you no later than 02 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment that You used for the Order, and You will not have to pay any charges for this refund.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the order.

Return conditions

For goods to be returned, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • The goods are unworn, damaged or worn by the customer;

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • The supply of Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, are deteriorating rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are indissociably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not comply with the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced goods can be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

The costs of return under FEDEX or ARAMEX or any other transport that are private, will be charged to the customer, You.

Return of goods

Return postage is at our expense for orders placed in mainland France, the United States, Australia, Canada, England, Switzerland, South Africa, Belgium and Germany.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on return. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

 

In the event of damage during the delivery process, we guarantee reimbursement of the cost of the return or a substitute such as a product gift agreed with the customer-buyer. You.

 

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
