For standard items in the Modern Gentleman catalog, shipping times are within one hour of your order.

Delivery times are displayed on the tracking page of your order and include the time of preparation, shipping and delivery of your order to your home generally between 1 to 4 days in France. Up to 8 days for international deliveries.

Once your order is being delivered, you can access the carrier’s tracking at any time. To access it, log in to your customer area and click on “My orders” or “Order details” then click on the “Details” button >You can also use the “corresponding” button to select the command you wish to display.

You can also find it in your shipping confirmation email, at the top.

Go to your shopping cart and enter your discount code in the field provided by clicking on “Add a discount code? The amount associated with your discount code will be automatically deducted from your cart total.

Modern Gentleman accepts more than 32 payment methods adapted to your location. For your security, all transactions are encrypted by secure software STRIPE, ONEY, CARO, and PAYPAL.

We do not have access to your banking information.
You can also make all your payments via Paypal in four instalments.

The law imposes a 14-day retraction period, starting from the date of receipt of the items. Modern Gentleman also applies this withdrawal period.

Return shipping costs are covered by Modern Gentleman from Metropolitan France using the return option offered by La Poste and available in your customer area, within the limit of one return per order. If you wish, you can return your order by the carrier of your choice, at your expense.
